I'm Sophie...

I entered the professional world of illustration and graphic design over 15 years ago, when I was commissioned to create an album cover for a local indie band - my brother just so happened to be the frontman.  

Since then, I've worked through the ranks at a leading men's fashion magazine, top illustration agency, and industry-leading marketing agency (so kudos to my brother for getting me my first gig).

However, it wasn't until my wedding that I truly fell in love with drawing again (I was absolutely besotted as a little girl).

I created all of my wedding stationery, signage, and illustrated mini portraits for each of my wedding guests as wedding favours. Within a few days, I began receiving requests from friends, family, and then further afield to create portraits for them and their families.

With growing interest, I decided to start Tiny Grey as a small side hustle to my job as an Art Director. Since then, I have made the leap to working at Tiny Grey full time and have developed a range of illustrated products, from family portraits and wedding stationery to business branding and picture books.
